So last year I started to learn more about nutrition, eating healthy and regularly. If you are like me you often think about these decisions way too late when you are already hungry and can’t think clearly anymore. What ingredients do we have in the house? How much time do we have today? Do I have the energy to cook today or should we order something? I don’t know about you, but while I love cooking it always stresses me out to decide what we should eat today.
